What To Expect
Custom Order Form
If you are placing a custom order, you will first need to submit an order form regarding to the type of hair you want.
You can find each of the custom order forms in the "Custom Forms" tab.

Invoice
After your order form has been submitted, I will get in contact with you letting you know your order was received.
You will also be sent the invoice for your custom wig service that will need to be paid before your service can begin.
There is a payment plan available to help with costs.
Hair Quality
These wigs are made from 100% Indian Virgin Remy hair.
Remy hair is considered the finest quality of human hair since the cuticles are kept intact unlike most other non-remy hair extensions.
All lace caps are transparent for easier blending to your skin tone.
Color Treatment
Your hair will be treated as if it were attached to your head.
All wigs + extensions will receive an Olaplex Treatment along with their custom color process, a trim/face frame if requested, and blow dry.
Sleek or wavy heat styling depending on your preference for ready-to-wear hair apon arrival.
Follow Up
Color tones and color placement, best chosen, by my professional interpretation.
When your wig service has been completed, you will receive a photo via email awaiting your approval for shipment.
Also, through the service, you will be informed if any issues arise so make sure to check VIP our emails!
Shipping
Please allow 6-8 weeks to complete your order.
Each custom request is not only for color, but for wig length, density and style.
Each custom order hair has to get sent to me before servicing can begin.
There will also be a waiting list for custom orders on a first come first service basis!
Make sure you order your hair within enough time of needing it!
