Wig + Extension Policy

Every wig appointment receives a color service, Olaplex treatment and style. 

**Color tones and placement, best chosen, by professional interpretation. 

When your wig service has been completed, you will receive a photo of your wig, awaiting your approval for shipment. :) 

Sydney Sayre Hair keeps your payment information secure.

All wig + extension purchases need to be paid in full upon checkout. 

I accept cancellations orders after 24 hours.​

Please allow 6-8 weeks to be shipped to you.

Each order request is custom, not only the color, but the hair itself. So make sure you place your order within enough time of needing it!
 

There will also be a waitlist for custom orders on a first come first serve basis! 

The wigs are made of 100% Indian Virgin Remy Hair, meaning over the time of washing + hot tool styling, the vibrancy of the hair color is subject to lighten.

Every color service formula will be saved per order for when you'd like to refresh your wig. 

When time to refresh, you will need print off the Color Maintenance slip in the PDF below and follow the prompts.
